Job Responsibilities
ARGO programmers participate in the system development life cycle to innovate applications that automate the business processes of financial institutions. Other responsibilities include:
- Designing and analyzing business logic algorithms
- Developing and enhancing system and business application-level functionality
- Using quality assurance procedures to report defects and propose enhancements
- Preparing conceptual, detail, and technical design documentation
- Ensuring that assigned functionality adheres to performance and development standards
- Participating in on-site development (travel requirements will vary)

Qualifications
Qualified applicants have:
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job position, such as Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (CS) for programmers
- A minimum GPA of 3.0
- U.S. citizenship or permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
- Work experience during school (highly preferred)
Communication Skills

- Read, write, and interpret design specifications and technical documentation

Technical Skills

- Modern programming concepts
- Database design, performance, and usage
- Data structure theory
- Multi-tier architecture
- JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, and XSL (highly preferred)
- Web browser development environments (highly preferred)
