We are committed to giving back to our community and employees by donating time and money to events benefitting them both.

Health Care Heroes

The Dallas Business Journal declared ARGO a Healthcare Hero for implementing a successful corporate wellness program. We kicked off the program with a three-month “Biggest Loser” competition in which employees lost a collective 400 pounds. Our company also formed an ongoing partnership with 24 Hour Fitness so employees enjoy affordable club memberships and personal trainers.

Medical City Pediatric Oncology

Every year since 2004, ARGO co-sponsors the December holiday party for the Medical City Pediatric Oncology department. Along with financial support, our employees have the option to bring a little brightness to patients and their families by working booths, serving food, painting faces, and taking photographs. In addition to the December celebration, our company financially supports a spring family retreat for these same patients and families.

Richardson Corporate Challenge

We participate in the annual Corporate Challenge hosted by the City of Richardson. For approximately three months, employees from area companies, schools, and non-profits have the option to compete for trophies in a wide range of Olympic-style events, including golf, bass fishing, darts, bowling, and football. Not only does ARGO routinely win top medals in this friendly competition; we raise thousands of dollars that directly benefit the Texas Special Olympics.

Corporate Events

For athletically inclined employees, ARGO offers ongoing participation in intramural events such as softball, soccer, and bowling. In addition, the company hosts two employee parties each year. At the summer gathering, we encourage employees to bring their families to a fun-filled event at area attractions. In the winter, we celebrate the holidays with an employee-only event after work. ARGO also sponsors an internal chili-cook off and monthly birthday celebration.
